The University Debating Competition was held at National Olympic Memorial Youth Center on October 9th and 10th, however, the results were not as prestigious as we had predicted as the Kansai crew. Here are the results. Team speaker points wise, Kyoto University after the preliminary rounds was in the 5th place, and Kansai Gaidai University was in the 8th. Thus, Kyoto and Kansia Gaidai University were one win away from breaking to the final rounds. Lets keep up the smart work, and hope to see everyone come back to Kansai with a big smile and certificates next year.
